The Vinyl Council of Canada, formed in 1994, is a national trade group representing over 25 companies, including PVC resin and additive producers and processors representing virtually every end-use for PVC. Pipe and fittings, siding, film, sheet, custom and window profiles, rigid and flexible packaging and recyclers are all represented. The Vinyl Council of Canada is a Council of the Canadian Plastics Industry Association and is located in Mississauga, Ontario.
