ECA Plastics was formed in 1996 as a means of creating mass prison employment. Inmates were employed in a factory environment to clean and refine waste plastic packaging for recycling in two plants located in Norfolk and Suffolk. ECA Plastics (ECAP) is a focussed business for plastic waste collection and haulage to recycling. We are not a general waste management company.
