Rotoline rotational molding and machinery company, found in 1999, located in Chapeco Brazil, announces they have broken ground on a new 5,000 square meter (54,000sqft) factory and technology center. President of Rotoline, Washington Deluccas explains, “The new factory will give us the much needed height and space requirements to continue with a larger machine demand. We have been tight for space since embarking on our customers Rock and Roll projects. Also including even larger machines with oven diameters greater than 5 meters.”
Due to Rotolines reliability, service and efficiency, the market down turn has not stopped them in any way, with over 200 installations worldwide. Rotoline is now inventorying parts for their machinery on three continents and is proud to be represented by Reduction Scheer in Stuttgart Germany and Reduction Engineering Scheer in the U.S. “ This expansion will only give us more opportunities, better organization and unbeatable service to our customers.” Luccas added.
Rotoline has been well known worldwide for its innovative rotational molding systems by a straightforward approach to increase production and decrease cost. This new facility will bring the opportunity to expand the worlds demand for an unchallenged Rotomolding Machine.
Rotoline also produces the Reduction Engineering Pulverizer for the South American market, through their sister company Reduction Engineering Inc located in Kent, OH. The Corporate office in Kent OH has a new operational 85,000sqft (7,900sq.m) factory and large training area. The New Laboratory is now open for pulverization, rotational molding, and all types pelletizing\compounding materials for its ever-expanding trial market. “Reduction Engineering is building a worldwide presence through a strategy of acquisition, capacity expansion, and customer satisfaction.” Bob Sly exclaims, President/CEO of Reduction Engineering.
