POST INDUSTRIAL RECYCLED EPS PELLETS.
We buy post industrial EPS block & ingots and grind them up. After grinding the EPS block or ingots we run the grindings through our extruder then our under water peletizer forms small clean round beads or (pellets). We then fill plastic lined gaylord boxes & ship the pellets to a customer permitted to use some % of recycled plastic.The melt index on our material is all over the board usually between 20&80 for example,but we take pride in providing a good clean pellet,we use 20 mesh & 40 mesh filter screens inline at the same time to get the very smallest dirt or (any type of containaments) out of the product before forming a pellet. Our pellets when melted are clear. When observing the pellets just after completing them they are an off white or tan color. We also do some toll grinding as we own two very large grinders, but prefer to make EPS recycled pellets, thus saving our customers revenue that drops straight to the bottom line! "A penny saved is a penny earned"! We are capable of doing other types of recycled plastics but they must be post industrial and clean of any metals or paper labels ecx. Thank you.
