SEPA – Special bio Environmental Protection Additive for the plastic . It’s a family of resins and additives that perform for the variety daily use of the products and then degrade by combustion, oxidation and bio/photo-degradation. Extremely versatile, the SEPA additives can be mixed together with PE materials and blown into translucent films or disposable daily use items. SEPA can easily process on existing polyethylene equipments and fully compatible with PE, PP polymers. It not only can enhance and increase tensile properties of PE/PP products but also decrease the density of properties of PP/PE products in order to meet the wider range of marketing applications. SEPA finished products have a low combustion point and produce only a small amount of toxic gas and white smoke when burnt inside the incinerators. Its ashes are carbonized powders and harmless to the incinerators. When buried under the ground, SEPA will be dissolved automatically and won’t contaminate environment; and thus prolong the life of the garbage process facilities. When exposed to sunshine or moisture, SEPA can also be dissolved automatically and won’t cause any contaminate to the environment.
